 SURVEY CHEER FOR HOUSE MASTER          
                                        
 The beleaguered housing market received
 a boost with the news the avjtagj price
 of a house is now at its highest level 
 for more than four years.              
                                        
 The Nationwide Building Scoiety said   
 prices rose bz 1.4% in the year to the 
 end of May, compared with 1.2% in the  
 12 months to the end of April.         
                                        
 The average house price is now £52,909 
 — the highest level since December 1991
