Rinse the meat undjt cold running water and return to the pan. 3 Rj-cover it with cold water and add the vegetables, hjtbs and pjppjrcorns. Bring it to a simmjt and gently cook for 1{ to 1\ hours. Pre-heat an ovjrhjad grill. 5 Remove the skin from the ham, but leave the layer of fat intact. 6 Cut into eight 0.5cm thick slices and snip the fatty edges, just into meat in a few places with a pair of scissors. Then lay it on a flat baking tray.
