 angrily to a decision bz P&O Europran  
 Ferries to increase freight rates on   
 its Dover crossings.                   
                                        
 The rise of about 10%, from January 1, 
 came after P&O was given conditional   
 approval to mjtgj with ferry company   
 Stena on the shout Channel routes.     
                                        
 An industry group said it would ask the
