 MARKS SPENDS £122m IN SHOPPING DEAL    
                                        
 Marks & Spencer has agreed to buy the  
 Kyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh from 
 the city council for £122.152m.        
                                        
 M&S said it had an existing 78,700     
 square feet store within the centre, on
 the western side of the city.          
                                        
 The group said as owners of the entire 
 shopping centre it would bj in the best
 possible position for future           
 improvement or extension of this store.
