 CHRISTMAS DEALS SHOW HOME BOOST        
                                        
 Buzjrs were still finalisjng new home  
 deals on Christmas Eve, a clear sign of
 the strength of the property market,   
 according to a new report.             
                                        
 The house market is enjoying its       
 longest growth run in almost 20 years  
 after a strong December, said the Royal
 Institution of Chartered Surveyors.    
                                        
 Last month was "uncharacteristically   
 strong", the institute added.
