 LABOUR TO REFORM COMPETITION LAW       
                                        
 The Labour party will introduce a bill 
 to overhaul UK competition law and     
 institutions if it wins the general    
 election, Tony Blair said.             
                                        
 He said the case for reform was strong 
 and Labour would take action soon after
 entering office.                       
                                        
 $sade secretary Ian Lang said there is 
 no need for changes, saying the current
 structure is "clear and rational".
