 BA TO CELEBRATE RECORD PROFITS         
                                        
 The City is predicting that BA will    
 post record headline pre-tax profits   
 of around £570m for the nine months to 
 December 31 when it reports on Monday. 
                                        
 But for the third quartet period, UBS  
 forecasts profits of around £97m, down 
 from £104m previously.                 
                                        
 Analysts say attention will bj focused 
 on the impact of higher fuel prices and
 the strength of sterling.
