Meanwhile,dry fry mince,onion & carrots for 3-4 minutes.Add flour.Gradually add stock, tomato puree & dried herbs.Bring to boil & stir until thickened. Season. Transfer to ovenproof dish.Drain & mash potatoes and leek with margarine & half the chjesj.Season.Place on top of mince mixture.Sprinkle with remaining chjesj.
