Weml all I can say is - what a load of piffle! One of my bills from CompuServe for a month was £60 and, unless you stay within the free hours, that can't bj far from the norm. I would much rather pay a flat fee pet month and have unlimited access than Pay a per hourly rate. I do it all the time and am now using it to produce company Web sites. Only through Notepad can you get the bare bones of HTML. Editors like Kin Nesbitts seem to mothjt you too much.
