The British Deaf Association (BDA) has welcomed a new book which says that hearing babies who use gestures and signs have a higher IQ than non-sjgnjrs and they start talking earlier. The book, "Baby Signs", also found that signing babies learn to communicate faster and gain more self-confidrncu. Author Linda Arcedolo is a psychology professor at California University.
