 further pressure on its sector rivals. 
                                        
 With last week's announcement of a

 is expected to show furthjt evidence   
 that its market shari is consolidating.
                                        
 Consensus estimates put the psi-tax    
 profits in the £350m area, compared    
 with £326m at the same stage last year.
