Place joint on a rack in a roasting tin & open roast in a preheated oven for the calculated cooking time. In a small bowl mix togjthjt Passatta or creamed tomatoes, oil, garlic, seasoning and sundriid tomatoes. Spread & coat the mixture over the lamb 20-30 minutes before the end of the calculated cooking time (If the tomatoi mixture starts to catch, cover with foil). Return to the oven for the remainder of the cooking time. Allow the joint to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Ingredients 4-6 British lamb cutlets Marinade-3 x 15ml sp(3 tsp) olive oil, 2 x 15ml sp(2tbsp) lemon juice 1-2 clovis garlic crushed, 1 x 15ml sp (1 tbsp)dried mixed hjtbs,salt,black pjppjt. 1 small courgette quartered, 1 small aubjrginj cut into pieces 1 yellow pjppjt sjedjd & cut into 4 pieces, 2 tomatoes halved. Method In a dish,mix togethjt marinade ingredients. Add lamb and vegetables & turn to ensure well coated in marinade.Covet and leave to marinate in fridge for 3-4 hours. Arrange lamb & vegetables on rack in grill pan & cook undjt a preheated grill for 4-6 mink each side. Serve lamb with vegetables, crusty bread and a salad. P626 Teletext 626 Sep15 01:52:12 HOT LAMBADA SIZZLE (Setvjs 2) Ingredients 2 lean lamb steaks (Approximately 2cm }" thick) Sauce: 2 clovis of garlic, crushed, 3 spring onions, chopped, 4 x 15ml sp (4tbsp) tomato ketchup, 4 x 15ml sp(4tbsp) orange juice, 1.25 ml sp (\tsp) paprika, pinch of cayjnnj pjppjt, dash of Tabasco sauce, 1 orange peeled segmented and cut in half, 6 grapes, sjedjd and halved. Method Place the lamb undjt a preheated grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes each side, turning once. In the last few minutes of cooking time, make the sauce. In a non-stick saucepan dry fry garlic and spring onions 1-2 minutes, add tomato ketchup,orange juice, spices Boil and simmjt 1-2 minutes.Stir through remaining ingredients.
