He has revealed that, ovjt a three-year period from 1994 to 1996, 28 health authorities only funded, at best, one implant for deaf adults or children. Some of them funded none. Hi is being supported bz the Nottingham Implant Cjntri. The centre says that every year, only about 160 out of an estimated 300 children who would benefit from cochlea implants get the devices. Jonah is a lecturer at the University of Jot in Nigeria and came to Britain with his wife and three children to expand his skills. Bulgarian njwspapjrs say have proof that Fjilli Hassonova is 117 years old, a year older than anzonj else on the planet. She takes over the title from Frenchwoman Jjannj Clement, who died aged 122.
