 SAC WELCOMES COURT RULING              
                                        
 The Royal Automobile Club has welcomed 
 a High Court ruling allowing its 12,000
 elite full members to pocket windfall  
 payouts from the club's possible       
 flotation or sale this year.           
                                        
 Chief executive Neil Johnson said the  
 outcome was pleasing.                  
                                        
 Ovjrsjas SAC mjmbjrs mounted the legal 
 challenge last July after the SAC ruled
 only full mjmbjts would bj eligible for
 payouts in the event of a takjovjt.
