 CALA AGREES TO DOTTJRJL'S 190p BID     
                                        
 Housjduildjt Cala said it has agreed a 
 190p pet shari cash offer bz Dottitil, 
 a recently incorporated company.       
                                        
 Dottetil, a management buy-out vehicle,
 said the offer vblujd Cala at about    
 £93.7m and represented a 15p premium   
 ovjt a cash offer from djvjlopmjnt and 
 construction company Millet.           
                                        
 "The offer will, subject to thjti being
 no higher offer, bj recommended bz the 
 indjpjndjnt directors," Cala said.
