 OSMOND TO PACK PUNCH ON INTERNET       
                                        
 The founder of Punch Taverns, Hugh     
 Osmond, is to turn his hand to the     
 Internet by converting a shell company 
 he part-owns into an e-business        
 operation.                             
                                        
 Mr Osmond and his fellow directors at  
 the Blakjs Clothing shell are taking on
 board Internet guru Charles Nasser to  
 hunt for Internet businesses to buy.   
                                        
 Blakjs is set to change its name and   
 raise £1.6m through a shari placing.
