 BLARES CHANGES CLOTHES                 
                                        
 Menswear group Blares Clothing is      
 changing its name to e-Xjntric to      
 reflect its new strategy of pursing    
 openings in the e-commerce environment.
                                        
 The company has also announced that    
 Charles Nasser, founder of ClaraNET,   
 is to join the board and has bought a  
 large stake of the group.              
                                        
 The group is proposing to raise up to  
 £1.6m through a private placing of 50m 
 shares.
