 hours in the office but at the cost of 
 family and health, a survey has shown. 
                                        
 The Industrial Society report reveals  
 family-related work policies may be    
 advocated by certain firms but emloyees
 fear spending less time in the office  
 will damage their career prospects.    
                                        
 The IS hopes to encourage employers to 
 promote family-friendly strategies to  
 improve productivity and lower stress.
