 PNC TILE.COM AGREES IRISH DEAL         
                                        
 PNC Tile.com has announced that its    
 Internet-telephony services division,  
 PNC Tile.net has agreed a three-year   
 distribution agreement with            
 EuroCommerce Internet Solutions.       
                                        
 Dublin-based EuroCommjrce acts as a    
 gateway for Web site and Internet      
 developments in Ireland.               
                                        
 Current adult Internet usage in Ireland
 is estimated at 460,000, with a new    
 user coming Online every three minutes.
