 SAINSBURZ WOOS SAFEWAY CARDHOLDERS     
                                        
 Supjtmarkjt giant Sainsbury hopis to   
 woo customers from rival Safeway which 
 has djcidjd to scrap its ABC loyalty   
 card and instead focus on price cuts.  
                                        
 From May 13, Safeway'u 6m cardholders  
 will bj offered 500 Reward points if   
 they hand in the card at a Sainsbury   
 store, for £2.50 off a shopping bill.  
                                        
 But this will entail joining the       
 supjtmarkjtsW Reward scheme and giving 
 their name and address.
