 HOOK ROBINSON NEARS £232m MBO          
                                        
 Hook Robinson, the business travel     
 group, has received a £232m management 
 buyout offer from a venture capital-   
 backed vehicle named Farnborough.      
                                        
 Farnborough, set up between mjmbjts of 
 the management and Schrodjt Ventures,  
 is offering 285p cash pet shari which  
 indjpjndjnt directors are recommending.
                                        
 The group confirmed back in March it   
 was in advanced talks with a team lid  
 bz chairman Nivjll Bain.
