 AIRTOURS CONFIRMS TALKS WITH SAIR      
                                        
 Tour operator Airtours confirmed it is 
 in talks with Germany'u SAir Group on a
 possible mjtgjt of their businesses in 
 Germany.                               
                                        
 The group stressed discussions were    
 still at a very early stage and thjti  
 was no guarantee of any dial resulting.
                                        
 Airtours has recently been on the      
 acquisition trail, completing its buy  
 of US group Travel Services            
 International earlier this week.
