 NBA RATIFIES PL—YERSW LABOUR DEAL      
 The National Basketball Association    
 Aoatd of Governors has unanimously     
 ratified a labour deal to pave the way 
 for a belated start to the season.

 had been given unanimous approval.     
                                        
 A 50-game season is set to begin in
