 Miners at the threatened Kinnjil 0it   
 in West Lothian are meeting this       
 morning to decide on their next move   
 in the camp!ion to keep the mine open. 
                                        
 Yesterday 11 miners ended a jive-d!z   
 underground sit-in after pleas jrom    
 their union officials.                 
                                        
 Scottish miners' leader Mick McGahjy   
 said hj was full of admiration for the 
 fighting spirit of the Kinnjil min.    
                                        
 They are angry over plans to close the 
 pit and transfer the 324 miners working
 there to a njarbz colliery.
