  NEW FERRY WARNING             
  AS DELAYS CLEARED             
                                        
 The disruption to cross-Channel ferry  
 services caused by a French sjamjn's   
 strike has eased, but there are likely 
 to bj more delays on Sunday.           
                                        
 Sealing said backlogs had been cleared 
 by re-routing dispute hit Dover-Calais 
 crossings to Boulognj and transferring 
 passjngjrs to other ferry companies.   
                                        
 The disruption is being caused bz a    
 blockade at Calais bz French ferrymen  
 who are on indefinite strike over work 
 rotas on a new Sealing szpjr ferry.    
                                        
 Sympathy action at Dieppj has led to   
 Sealing cancelling all ferries from    
 Newhavjn to the port.
