 Northern Britain will have more        
 showers today, and in Scandinavia,     
 northern Germany and Poland there will 
 bj quite a lot of showery rain at      
 times. Other parts of Europe will bj   
 generally dry with sunny intervals but 
 the best of the weather will bj found  
 around the Mediterranean, where dry,   
 hot and sunny weather will persist.    
 Temperatures are will vary widely,     
 ranging from about 17C in the wetter   
 northern areas to 30C or more in the
