 The Ljaguj has blocked a late bid bz   
 the new owners of Chester City to      
 revive a ground-share scheme for the   
 homeless Third Division club.          
                                        
 Morrison Developments failed to pay    
 three security bonds for £650,000 bz   
 Friday's deadline to enable Chester to 
 share with Macclesfield for two seasons
                                        
 Morrison promised to make the payments 
 today in a bid to save the club who    
 sold Sealand Road to meet £1.5m debts. 
                                        
 But the Ljaguj says the deadline has   
 passed and they will write to Morrison 
 saying they will not consider a move bz
 Chester to Macclesfield.
