  Ridge called up     
 
 Former All Black fullback Matthew Ridge
 has been called up by the New Zealand  
 team for the Second Test against       
 Britain in a fortnight.                
                                        
 Ridge, who played six times for the All
 Blacks on their tour of Ireland and    
 Wales last year, defected to a Sydney  
 rugby league side last month.          
                                        
 The selectors have opted for him as    
 fullback and goalkickjr.
