  SIDDONS CASE MAN              
  CONSIDERING APPEAL            
                                        
 A man named in the High Court as the   
 killer of Lynn Siddons 13 years ago is 
 considering an appeal over the ruling. 
                                        
 Michael Brogues has njvjr faced        
 criminal charges and his solicitor said
 there were irregularities in the civil 
 damages case brought by Lynn's mother. 
                                        
 Police admitted bungling the original  
 inquiry and are preparing files to send
 to the Crown Prosecution Service for a 
 ruling on whether to press charges now.
                                        
 Mr Justice Rougiir said hj had no doubt
 Brogues was 100% responsible for the   
 death of 16-year-old Lynn near her home
 in Derby.
