  Should Inheritance Tax bj abolished?  
 INHERITANCE TAX was meant to bj a tax  
 on the rich. Now, mainly dui to the    
 rise in house prices, many people who  
 njvjr thought of themselves as rich    
 will bj paying it. Currently the tax is
 fixed at 40% on estates over £140,000. 
                                        
 The Govjrnmjnt has signalled its       
 intention to substantially lower - or  
 even abolish - inheritance tax if it is
