METHOD: Pre-heat oven to 200C/400FWGM6. Flatten bread and cut each slice into four triangles. Melt butter in pan, add garlic/pesto. Rinse prawns, dry. Brush both sides of triangles with pesto mix. Put two prawns in centre of each, fold in half.
