  Points plan         ON NEW SCHEME   
 
 Football Ljaguj clubs will bj urged to 
 back a revolutionary new points        
 structure in time for next season.     
                                        
 The scheme would reward high scoring,  
 with five points for a win bz three    
 clear goals and four points for a two- 
 goal victory.                          
                                        
 League official Ian Cotton said: "The  
 proposal is under consideration and    
 will bj put to the clubs at the AGM."  
                                        
 The idea has already been discussed at 
 a meeting of Second, Third and Fourth  
 Division clubs. Division One teams will
 form next year's FA Premier Ljaguj.
