 Four people were killed when a rocket  
 slammed into a Sarajevo apartment block
 — 30 minutes after a devastating attack
 on the city's television centre.       
                                        
 $hj second blast tore through four     
 floors of a high rise building, leaving
 mounds of debris in nearby streets.    
                                        
 It is believed a police gubrd was      
 killed in the attack on the television 
 centre, with 38 people injured.
