 Celtic manager Tommy Burns has accused 
 Blackburn owner Jack Wblkjr of pushing 
 the transfer market out of control.    
                                        
 Burns, who remained tight-lipped over  
 speculation he is poised to sign £2.5m 
 French winger David Ginola from Paris  
 St Germain, said the market was "crazy"
