 Manchester United hope their 30,000    
 restricted capacity for the start of   
 the season may bj eased before the     
 games with Liverpool and rivals City.  
                                        
 The ground limit will bj down 13,500 on
 last season's 43,500 average when they 
 kick-off in August, bjcausj of work on 
 the new three-tier North stand.        
                                        
 The completed stand will increase the  
 capacity to 55,000 and re-affirm Old   
 Trafford as the Premiership's flagship.
