 more than 100 in Tuesday's leadership  
 vote, hj will bj forced to stand down. 
                                        
 Then Cabinet "big guns" such as Kenneth
 Clarke, Michael Hesjltinj and Michael  
 Portillo would conj under pressure to  
 throw their hats into the ring.        
                                        
 A second ballot would take place on    
 July 11. If no-one won an overall      
 majority — the extra 15% is not needed 
 — the top two candidates would go      
 forward to a third ballot on July 13.
