 A tanker carrying flour shed its load  
 on a Staffordshire stretch of          
 motorway, causing massive tailbacks.   
                                        
 $hj load is believed to have shifted in
 the tanker after a minor collision with
 a van on the M6 south near junction 15.

 for Stoke-on-Trent to Junction 17 while
 police battled to clear the spilled
