 BLOOD STOCKS IN AREA HIT HARD     
                                 
 The Oxford blood centre has been one of
 the worst hit by the recall of several 
 thousands pints of blood because of    
 fears of infection.                    
                                        
 Blood stocks were moved around the     
 country overnight to make up for lost  
 stocks.                                
                                        
 The National Blood Authority said it   
 njedjd 5,000 volunteers over the next  
 three days.
