 ARRESTS MOVE IN STORE COLLAPSE 

 South Korean prosecutors are seeking   
 arrest warrants for four executives of 
 the collapsed Seoul department store.  
                                        
 $hey face charges of negligence in     
 connection with faulty construction    
 work. "They were aware of the dangers,"
 said an official.                      
                                        
 Meanwhile, rescuers have found 24      
 people alive in the basement but said  
 it would take hours to get them out.
