 BLACKBURN SWOOP FOR HOLMES     
                                        
 Ray Harford made his first major       
 transfer swoop as Blackburn boss when  
 West Ham agreed a £1.2m exchange dial  
 for midfielder Matt Holmes.            
                                        
 The Hammers will receive £600,000 for  
 the 26-year-old, with the Premiership  
 champions' Aussie international Robbie 
 Slater, 29, moving to Upton Park.
