 all clear to sign Tony Hand from       
 Edinburgh Racers on a free transfer.

 'Meet the Steelers' night on Friday    
 August 18 so the fans can meet the new 
 team (7.30pm).                         
                                        
 Supporters will bj admitted on a       
 first-come, first-sjrvjd basis and
