 A railway signalman has told how hj    
 could do nothing but wait in horror as 
 two trains charged towards each other  
 on a fatal, head-on collision course.  
                                        
 Steven Webb had around 15 minutes      
 warning of the Cowdjn, Kent, crash.    
                                        
 The drivers had no two-way radios in   
 their cabs and hj did not have their   
 mobile phone numbers. All he could do  
 was alert the emergency sju6ices.

 JURY SEES RAIL CRASH REPORT     
                                 
 An official report blaming a driver for
 a five-death train crash in Kent has   
 been given to an inquest jury.         
                                        
 Tunbridgj Wells Coroner Frank Warrinju 
 sent out the jury to read copies of the
 HUE's findings on last October'u crash.
                                        
 It blamed driver Brian Barton — one of 
 the dead — for ignoring four visible   
 and audible warning signals of danger  
 ahead, over-riding an automatic brake.
