 SUMMER DRINK-DRIVE SUCCESS        
                                 
 A campaign against summertime          
 drink-driving has been hailed a success
 by police in Leicestershirj.           
                                        
 A total of 1,283 drivers were asked to 
 supply breath tests and of those 102 — 
 or 7.2% — were either positive or      
 refused to take the test.              
                                        
 During the same period last year 975   
 motorists were tested and 149 — 15.3% —
 gave positive readings.
