 REBEL CHEMIST FINED £550        

 A chemist who alerts customers when the
 price of medicines is lower than the   
 standard NHS prescription fee of £5.25 
 has been fined £550.                   
                                        
 Allan Sharpe vowed to appeal against   
 the disciplinary panel decision.       
                                        
 Mr Sharpe, of Newbridge, Gwent, advised
 patients to buy their medicines and    
 ointments privately whjnjvjr the cost  
 is less than the standard £5.25 charge.
