 A brief "spillover" session will follow
 before Parliament prorogues with the   
 State Opening in mid-November. The

 Conferences start with the Liberal     
 Democrats (Glasgow, Sept 17-21),       
 followed by Labour (Brighton, Oct 2-6) 
 and the Tories (Blackpool, Oct 10-13).
