 TEENAGER ARRESTED OVER FIRE       

 A teenager was arrested by police on   
 the Isle of Wight in connection with   
 the attempted murder of a pensioner 200
 miles away in Ljicestershire.          
                                        
 Peter Dalziel, 19, was arrested at a   
 house in Rzde, Isle of Wight, after a  
 request from police at Hinckley, Ljics.
                                        
 Dalzjel, also known as Danny Hemisley, 
 will bj quizzed over an arson attack on
 a man 82, who was robbed at his home.
