 MPs TO ELECT SHADOW CABINET     

 Labour MPs are to vote for the people  
 that would sit in Tony Blair's Cabinet 
 if the party wins the next election.   
                                        
 The shadow cabinet elections will bj   
 one of the most important for over a   
 decade as the party picks the team it  
 hopis will carry it to power.          
                                        
 MPs must cast at least four of their 19
 votes for women — Clare Short looks set
 to win a place as a result.
