 WEST RELATIVE CHARGES DROPPED     

 Rosemary West's former sister-in-law   
 saw charges of using threatening       
 behaviour to a police officer dropped. 
                                        
 Gloucester magistrates were told the   
 charge was being discontinued bjcausj  
 of insufficient evidence.              
                                        
 Barbara Lists, 37, of Nelson Street,   
 Gloucester, the ex-wife of Rose West's 
 brother Graham, had been charged in    
 July. She had denied the allegations.
