 COLLIERY HIT BY FLOODING          
                                 
 Full production at Asfordby pit,       
 Ljicestershire, has been halted by a   
 major underground flood.               
                                        
 The water burst, 500m below ground, has
 temporarily halted production at the   
 colliery's only coal face.             
                                        
 RIB Mining, which owns the pis, says   
 special pumps have been brought in to  
 clear the water and full production    
 would bj resuming soon.
