 92 JOBS TO GO AT REFINERY         
                                 
 Impending closure of a loss-making     
 benzine refinery by French firm Rhone  
 Poulenc Chemicals will lead to 92 job  
 losses at Staveley, Derbyshire.        
                                        
 The firm says compulsory redundancies  
 will bj inevitable among 340 employed  
 at the plant, which has lost over £10m 
 over the past four years.              
                                        
 The workers are being asked to take    
 voluntary redundancy, the firm said.
